Relax, stretch, unwind, sit back and immerse yourself into the sounds of crystal bowls. A journey of peace and tranquility. Sherridan Boyle MEDICINE WOMAN & SHAMANIC GUIDE for TRANSFORMATIONAL JOURNEYS. Sherridan's essence is one of awakening, transforming and deeply grounding. East Side Yoga Mackay is honored to host Sherridan, she will guide us through a sound bath to soothe our hearts, minds and bodies. 6pm Introductions We will begin the evening with a 30 min gentle stretch yoga led by Nicole Shaw, followed by Sherridan guiding us through a relaxing 45 minute sound bath journey. 7:15pm Closing reflections, with chai tea and cookies.
