Dan Shaw, yoga teacher, Primal coffee roaster and an ambassador for Real Mates Talk campaign. Dan's teaching has evolved from years of discipline and serious in your face self reflection. After going through some long dark nights of the soul and tough times Dan is now encouraging men to come together to talk, hang out. Whether it is over a cup of coffee, stretch out in a yoga class, or testing the mind and body by taking a plunge in freezing cold ice water. Dan's Primal focus for this class offering is supporting men to come together to be ok to be themselves and to know that there is a place to feel genuine support from Dan who has been through struggles of his own and can say with deep gratitude to have felt the relief of a mate putting a hand on his shoulder and saying "it's ok I got you" at low points in his life. Dan believes that if he can be that mate to just one person who walks across his path, he feels he has passed on the gift of life that he was given in a very similar moment.
