Freedom Into Movement - A Physical Self Realization
When we pause we truly understand where we are strong in the posture and where we could do with some added strength. We also start to feel in the body, where alignment and resistance work side by side. I know if I contract a muscle. I will feel the support required to move into the next posture.

About The Event
Isometric contractions are at the core of our practice. An invitation to expressing muscular striation targets exact muscular groups and the symmetry of the body's tendon and ligature conditioning to provide a defined and concrete grip on physical realization.
Part 1 - 1 hour - Introduction to Isometrics
Part 2 - 1 hour – Application to Asana
Part 3 - 1 hour – Hatha Yoga A series to strengthen the entire body
Credentials: Nicole is Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500, YACEP
The hours from this workshop can be applied to CE through Yoga Alliance
This workshop is open to all levels beginners to advanced practitioners and yoga teachers
What to bring:
• Light Snack and Water Bottle - Hot tea and filtered water available
• Journal and writing equipment
• Dress to stretch and sweat
• Bring your own mat and towel. Mats are limited for new students
