About The Event

This course includes a combination of the following:

Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Breathing Practices and the use of internal locks of the muscular body.

We work with the physical body by accepting the present moment, understanding with a compassionate heart the place where we begin our practice of yoga. Movement begins with an established foundation. We were born to move and not in the way we think, freedom arises when we let go of howwe move. We begin to explore movement in its most pure form, like a child we move without fear, freedom begins to arise and we are moving in a way with les thought.

Deep observation of the breath, plus easy repetitive movement opens a gateway of bliss.

This workshop is open to all levels beginners to advanced practitioners and yoga teachers. Dress in comfortable clothing for moving, stretching and sweating.
