About The Event

This course includes a combination of the following: Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Psychology, Somatic Release, Pranayama

We work into the physical by accepting the present moment, understand with a compassionate heart the limits we place upon our self, explore the possibilities of what we don’t know, we move into our power with the open heart of grace. We were born to move and not in the way we think, freedom arises when we let go of what we think we know, we open our self to deep observation and explore what the body is needing right now in this present state.

This workshop is open to all levels beginners to advanced practitioners and yoga teachers. Dress in comfortable clothing for moving, stretching and sweating.

730-8pm Discussion, Q&A

8-9pm Connect & Relax - light snacks/drinks provided; bring something to share if you'd like
