Core Beliefs are the very essence of how we see ourselves, other people, the world, and the future. Sometimes, these core beliefs become 'activated' in certain situations. In yoga we apply this in quite a literal sense. Activation of the abdominal wall and pelvic floor during our practice.

About The Event

Nicole will take you on a three hour Yoga Practice Discovery


Part 1 - 1 hour - Introduction to your pelvic floor and discover a "neutral" spine.

Part 2 - 1 hour - Activate pelvic floor before, during and after a posture

Part 3 - Hatha flow strengthening into freedom and farewells

Credentials: Nicole is Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500, YACEP

The hours from this workshop can be applied to CE through Yoga Alliance

This workshop is open to all levels beginners to advanced practitioners and yoga teachers

What to bring:

  • Light Snack and Water Bottle - Hot tea and filtered water available
  • Journal and writing equipment
  • Dress to stretch and sweat
  • Bring your own mat and towel. Mats are limited for new students
